1. 01

   The transmitter in hand

   The operator holds a handheld transmitter: a light, sealed housing, the antenna inside, the STOP mushroom shielded by the shoulders. The machine is run from wherever the load is best in view.

2. 02

   The button press

   Each key is a different machine motion. A harder press is the second speed step. Key layout, markings and assigned functions are agreed when you order.

3. 03

   The radio link

   Each handheld talks only to its own receiver, so a dozen systems can work side by side in one hall without interfering with each other.

4. 04

   Receiver relays

   Inside the receiver the contacts close in step with the operator. A lost link or STOP opens the safety circuit.

5. 05

   Outputs to the machine

   The signal leaves the receiver for the crane drive contactors or the machine controller.

6. 06

   The crane moves

   The command reaches the drive. The crane bridge travels the runway and the hoist lowers the hook.

7. 07

   Systems across Europe

   From the hall the view opens to the yard, the region, then Europe. Over 9,000 systems in service — densest in Poland, a handful in Czechia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway and Italy.
