Frequency change — push-button transmitters

Each system has 8 of 69 band channels selectable by the operator; the receiver retunes automatically. Procedure: key off → press STOP → key on → hold (f)+START ~2 s. Confirmed by beep/LED; stored after releasing STOP.

Transmit power change — push-button transmitters

R25 allows TX power change; default max 10 mW. Reduce in dense RF or to limit range. Procedure: key off → STOP → key on → (p) then hold START ~1 s.

Frequency change — joystick transmitters

Same idea as push-button units, but move the switch/manipulator toward (f) and hold with START ~2 s.

Transmit power — joystick transmitters

Same as push-button power change, using direction (p) on the switch/manipulator.

Transmitter technical data

Supply: NiMH 1900 mAh R6 cells. Radiated power up to 10 mW (adjustable). Harmonics ≤65 dB. Modulation 5 kHz. Mechanical switches. −20…+55 °C. IP65.

Receiver technical data

AC 230/42/48/24 V or DC 24/12 V per nameplate. Analogue/current/CAN/RS232/RS485. Sensitivity 1 µV. Contacts: 1 A 24 V DC recommended or max 8 A 230 V AC. Contact life: 1M ops or 10 years.

Battery replacement

Key off. Open the weather nut ~90° CCW. Remove cells (2 in PM; 3 in PD/PBD/JM/JD). Insert charged cells same orientation (“+” toward cover). Prefer Eneloop or alkaline R6 1.5 V. Close and tighten.
