Contact form and “Match a system”
We process your name, email, phone and message in order to reply and prepare an offer (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to a contract). The enquiry is stored in the CMS and emailed to IREL. We do not sell this data.
Cookies and settings
Essential: light/dark theme in the browser and the record of your analytics choice. Without them the site cannot remember preferences.
Analytics (only with consent): a session id, page views, approximate location from IP (country / city, GeoLite) and clicks in the “Match a system” wizard. No Google Analytics and no ad pixels.
You can change consent in the footer (“Cookies”). Refusing analytics does not block browsing or sending an enquiry.
Retention
Visit and click logs: up to 180 days (or a shorter period if configured), then deleted by a retention script. Contact submissions are kept as long as needed to handle correspondence and accounting duties.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Analytics consent can be withdrawn at any time (footer → Cookies). You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO).
